Bicol best technology adoptor

Mr. Carlos D.C. Mendoza, Sr., Proprietor of MAS Steel Fabricator located in Sto. Tomas, Magarao, Camarines Sur, has been awarded as Region 5’s Best Technology Adoptor and one of the five (5) National finalist for Best SETUP adoptor on 21 July 2019 during the Closing Ceremonies. MAS Steel Fabricator is leading stainless steel fabrication in Bicol, providing high-quality stainless-steel products. In his grateful words.. “Our enhanced productivity and efficiency are largely due to SETUP”.. It’s one of the testimony received as a gain to the investment provided by the government through this program. He received a plaque and Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) as cash prize awarded by DOST Sec. Fortunato T. de la Peña, assisted by Undersecretary for Regional Operations Brenda Nazareth L. Manzano and Dir. Edgardo M. Esperancilla of DOST 8 and accompanied by Ms. Emelita P. Bagsit, OIC Office of the Regional Director, DOST V and former RD Tomas B. Briñas and PSTD – Camarines Sur Ms. Patrocinio N. Felizmenio.
