NAGUEÑA IS MISS BICOLANDIA. 22-year-old ballet teacher from Naga City, Paulina Labayo (center), is this year’s Miss Bicolandia, the oldest, grandest, and most prestigious crown in the region. With her is 1st Runner-Up Rein Hillary Carrascal, Sorsogon; 2nd Runner-Up Rheema Adakkoden, Camarines Sur; 3rd Runner-Up Vanessa Mae Buitre, Legazpi City; 4th Runner-Up Danica Theresa Sheen Dilla, Iriga City.
