GOOD SAMARITAN. The Local Government of Naga commended Hillary A. Fajardo (center, holding her certificate of commendation) during the flag raising ceremony last Monday at city hall for her selfless and noble act of helping save the life of a girl who attempted to commit suicide. While nobody seemed to care while a man was crying for help as he held her daughter with a slashed wrist on the side of the street that was full of people celebrating the Penafrancia festivities last week, Hillary alighted from her car and offered to drive the father and bloodied daughter to the nearest hospital for immediate medical treatment. For a simple act of kindness, a despondent girl’s life is saved.
