RESILEX 2019. Mayor Nelson Legacion and President Ferdinand ‘Don’ Sia of the Metro Naga Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MNCCI) at the opening of the First Resilience Exposition (RESILEX): Innovations for Resilient Communities (Exhibit, Marketplace, Fora) last Monday at the SM City Naga Activity Center. Invited guests during the occasion were Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Region 5 Director BGen Claudio Yucot, and SM Senior AVP for Mall Operations John Jason Terrenal. The forum is an introductory activity of the upcoming Bicol Business Month being jointly conducted by the City Government of Naga and the MNCCI.
