PALARONG PANLALAWIGAN. Newly-engaged Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte along with DepEd officials welcomed the thousands of athletes from the 5 districts of the province who convened at the Freedom Stadium, San Jose, Pili for the colorful and festive opening rites of the annual provincial sports events last November 12, 2019 and will run until Nov. 17, 2019.
