Sangkan 2019 in Naga City

The annual gathering Minor Seminaries, “Isang Angkan Kay Kristo (Sangkan), was held at last Nov 20-22 at the Holy Rosary Minor Seminary, Naga City. The theme was: Imitating Mary’s Fiat as Seminarians Called to Follow Christ.

The gathering is an opportunity for all the seminarians, including teachers and priests formators, to promote camaraderie and friendship with other seminaries from other dioceses, likewise share best practices of seminary life. Ball games and cultural presentations are also among the highlights of the gathering.

There were 485 seminarians and 37 priests from 14 minor seminaries who participated the event. Caceres Archbishop Rolando Tirona, OCD together with Fr Mario Gaite and the entire Holy Rosary Minor Seminary community warmly welcomed the guests. -cccomnews
