PNP New Year’s catch: 2 suspected rapists
NAGA CITY--- The Philippine National Police (PNP) Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO) has captured two alleged rapists in Sipocot and Libmanan towns on Jan. 1, 2020, New Year’s Day.
First to be arrested at 1PM of Jan. 1 was Jemson C. Dalida, 34, married and jobless, of Bolo Norte in Sipocot, Camarines Sur after more than two months of hid ing from the law.
The suspect is facing two counts of rape under Criminal Cases No. L-7235 and L-7236 before RTC Branch 57 in Libmanan town.
Next to be arrested was pedicab driver Manuel D. Credo, 57, of Barangay Bigajo Norte in Libmanan, who got collared by police operatives of Libmanan MPS at 2:30 PM of the same day by virtue of a warrant issued by the same court.
Police Staff Sergeant Emyrose Organis, spokesperson of Libmanan MPS told Bicol Mail that Credo, ranked No. 8 in the list of most wanted person in Libmanan is facing a case for rape under Criminal Case No. L-7265 in RTC Branch 57 of the same town
