Caceres Archbishop and Caritas Caceres Appeal for Taal Victims’ Assistance

Rev. Fr. Marcel Emmanuel DP. Real, head of Caritas Caceres, sent this message to the clergy of Caceres: “Dear Fathers (and faithful of Caceres), in behalf of LASAC (Lipa Archdiocesan Social Action Center), Archbishop Rolando J. Tria Tirona is making this urgent appeal for prayers and financial support for the many people affected and displaced by the Taal Volcano eruption.

We can ask for support from our parishioners through second collections.

All donations may be sent to the Archbishop Residence.”

Meanwhile, Most Rev. Gilbert A. Garcera, DD, the Bicolano Archbishop of Lipa, Batangas, warned the public from fraudulent accounts. So he sent the contact number of the proper office that will receive donations for those victims of the eruption of the Taal Volcano:
