OPERATION TAGHOY. Leanne Zuniga-Montemayor, newly-installed president of Jovenes de Bicolandia 102, Lions Club International, poses with American volunteer doctors of Uplift International who are in Naga City for a weeklong free reformative surgery for children with cleft palate and other facial deformities. The local Lions Club is one of those that supports the free surgical operations being co-sponsored by the city government and conducted at the Naga City Hospital, so that these young kids with deformities may enjoy the joy of whistling and smiling like other normal children.
