-Yes, Camarines Sur is a WEALTHY Premiere province and Naga City a BILLIONAIRE City both in Bicol Region. Yet they locked sufficient funds to purchase for the Shortage of SWAB TEST KITS which are reliable and effective than TEST KITS. Cam Sur has energetic Deputy Speaker Luis Raymond Villafuerte who is well connected to Speaker Allan Peter Cayetano who happened to be Pres. Digong top protegee. Governor Migs can have smooth sailing asking funds thru his father connection. Naga City can TAP the assistance of VP Leni, Rep. Gabby and GENEROUS individual from private and gov’t sectors here and abroad. The gov’t has money but they want “HONEST EXPEDENTURE”. If the REPORT if the COA IS TRUE that accordingly MUNTIMILLIONS in EMOLUMENTS received by high gov’t officials for their “PUBLIC SERVICE” in 2019 ALONE (Calida is 2nd highest gov’t official) IS SHOCKING. GARGANTUAN Budget were allocated to DND, DOT, etc. and can our Esteemed politicians use their connections to ATLEAST get a fraction of these billion pesos to augment our lack of funds? IRONY due to CORRUPTION the people in public service were ABLE TO GET AWAY with their looting of the national treasury of a Third World country, Philippines. Kaya hindi umaasenso ang bayan. Those entrusted with the public trust are not using Taxpayer money for public service BUT FOR SELF SERVICE.
