DTI Livelihood Seeding Program Partners with the Archdiocese

The Livelihood Seeding Program is a project of DTI that aims to develop awareness about the agency’s programs and services and expand reach to the business sector. This is one of the government initiatives to bring the government programs and services closer to the people through partnership with the local government units and other NGOs; identify and provide opportunities to spur the economic activities, employment opportunities and create wealth in the countryside.

“We are glad that DTI is here with this program to help our parishioners in our barangays especially in this time of pandemic,” said Fr. Louie Occiano, Parish Priest of Baao. His parish is one of the recipients of the program.

Fr. Marc Real, Caritas Caceres Director, also expressed his gratitude to DTI Prov Director for including parishes in the program.

The kits distributed were sewing machine, carpentry tools & kitchen/cooking set.

Same distribution was held at CCDC for Pili beneficiaries.
