The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineer

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineer (PICE) - Naga City entered into a fruitful collaboration with the city government of Naga in lending technical assistance to assess, to evaluate, and to prepare detailed cost estimates for the repairs of damaged buildings caused by the triumvirate of Typhoons Quinta, Roily, and Ulysses that rampaged through most of the city territories. These edifices are the Naga City Hospital, Naga Science High School, Help Learning Center Foundation, Inc., and SEED Montessori. Present at the turnover of the documentation report are PICE Naga President, Engr. Frankie Aguilar, VP Engr. Danny Garcia, and Engr. Jordan Fulgentes with Mayor Nelson Legacion of Naga City. Engr.
