4 most wanted persons nabbed in Bicol

LEGAZPI City– At least four most wanted persons in the different provinces in the region were arrested recently.

Lt. Col. Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Police Regional Office in Bicol (PRO-5) spokesperson, said in an interview, that the suspects were arrested through manhunt operations Monday with police operatives armed with court-issued arrest warrants.

In Albay, one of those apprehended was Armando Barcenas Barcelon Jr., 39, the No.5 most wanted in Bacacay town. He was charged with the violation of Republic Act 7610 (Anti-Child Abuse).

In Camarines Norte, No. 4 most wanted person of San Lorenzo Ruiz was also nabbed and identified as Noe Dolivino, 41, laborer. He is also facing charges for violation of RA 7610.

In Camarines Sur, Calubaquib said William Alemania, 56, was apprehended. He is facing parricide charges with no bail recommended.

Also arrested was Juvy Gutierrez, 49, who is considered as No. 10 most wanted person of Calabanga in Camarines Sur.

Gutierrez was charged with the violation of Sec. 28 (A) of RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act).

All of the suspects are now under custody of the Police Regional Office in Bicol. (PNA)
