By Crb Joe Mark S. Pardiñas

Since the organization of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) Naga and Camarines Sur Chapter in 1997 led by its founding president CRB Atty. Luzviminda C. Maristela, it has continuously contributed to the growth and development of the City of Naga and the Province of Camarines Sur — helping usher in big investments in the city and the region that generated both housing and employment opportunities for the Bicolanos. The REBAP Naga and Camarines Sur Chapter has been a strategic partner of the region and an unwavering force in shaping the local real estate industry for the past 27 years to present.

And this Year 2024 is the REBAP Naga and Camarines Sur Chapter’s Golden Year with three of its member-brokers holding key positions in REBAP and other organizations from the local level to the national level.
