A very informative and insightful Webinar on “The Beginnings of Christianity in Tierra Camarines 1571 and the Foundation of the Town of Nabua” was held last Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Conducted live at the Holy Cross Parish, Nabua, Camarines Sur and online via Zoom and Facebook.

Featured as Resources Speaker is the world-renowned Bikol Historian, Dr. Danilo Madrid Gerona who emphasized that commemorating important events such as foundations and beginning must be based on documentary evidences.

In attendance were Caceres Archbishop Rolly Tirona, CSPC President Choy Cadag, and Parish Priest Albert Orillo. It coincided with the Feast of the Triumph of the Cross.

The event was a collaboration between the Holy Cross Parish, Nabua, Camarines Sur, and the Center for Rinconada Culture and Arts of the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC).
