APO donates flood early warning device system
The Alpha Phi Omega (APO) Beta Kappa Chapter has donated and turned over on Dec. 18 to the barangay council of Sabang, Naga City a community based flood early warning system to monitor the water level of Naga River in times of heavy rains and typhoons and warn residents living along the river of impending flood.
The device is designed to trigger an alarm or siren, which will warn residents to evacuate and take precautionary measures in case the river’s water level rises up.
