We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all government agencies, private organizations, clubs, groups, sponsors, and individuals who generously contributed their time, resources, and support in any possible wayt that they could to make the 4th year of the Bantayog Talisay Triathlon a resounding success.

From last year’s 234 triathletes and 70+ teams, we proudly welcomed 294 participants representing 95 teams from across the country—an inspiring show of growth and nationwide enthusiasm.

What makes this year even more special is the overwhelming positive feedback we received, especially knowing that this event is not a commercial race. With a very humble registration fee and modest prizes, it touched us deeply to hear how meaningful and memorable the experience was for many participants. For them, it wasn’t just about competing—it was about conquering the toughest swim in Bicolandia, a true badge of honor in their triathlon journey.

In fact, amongst the Bantayog Festival events, the Bantayog Talisay Triathlon has now brought the highest recorded tourist arrival in Camarines Norte to date—thanks to the influx of not only participating triathletes, but also their supportive teams and families who traveled with them. This remarkable turnout has made a significant impact on local tourism and the community as a whole.

We are especially grateful to those who were unable to finish the race due to the rough waves, yet still shared kind words and appreciation for the experience. For many first-timers, this challenge has already etched a lasting mark in their hearts—and they’ve promised to return next year for their revenge race.

We are expecting even more teams next year, and with that, we commit to delivering an even more memorable and elevated race experience—raising the bar higher for Bantayog Talisay Triathlon, one year at a time.

This is more than just a race. This is a legacy in the making. See you at the starting line in 2026.
