BRHMC sets another medical surgical mission

VIRAC, Catanduanes --- The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC) is conducting a health caravan in this island- province from May 31 until June 2, this year.


In a courtesy visit to Governor Joseph C. Cua yesterday, May 30, the team informed the local chief executive that aside from free medical services, they will also be conducting mental health consultations in selected towns.


The team will conduct mental health consultations with the residents of Viga, Pandan, and Panganiban while indigent patients from the municipalities of Virac, San Andres, Bato, Baras, and San Miguel will be given free medical services.


Cua also expressed gratitude to the volunteers for their relentless assistance and support in promoting quality health services for every Catandunganon. He also gave the team tokens of appreciation.


Last April, the group served more than 230 beneficiaries during its three-day health caravan in the towns of Gigmoto, Panganiban, Viga, and Bagamanoc.


The second caravan will be held at Juan M. Alberto Memorial District Hospital, San Andres. (PIA5/Catanduanes)
