The Camarines Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CSCCI) Inc. under the leadership of its president,Maria Emma F. Llorin, forged a partnership agreement with the Archdiocese of Caceres in the upcoming Bishop Francisco Gainza Trade Fair (BFGTF) 2022.

“One of the major goals of The CamSur Chamber of Commerce and Industry is to be of service, especially to the business sector. It knows no limits. It will continue to be the voice of business in the countryside. As we go on board with the Caritas-Caceres in this endeavor, we intend to put the welfare, not just of the business sector but also of the consumers and buyers, on top of our priorities,” Llorin said.

Llorin was represented by CSCCI Executive Vice President Ramon “Simon” Dy in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held on July 19 at the Robinsons Place Naga Atrium in Naga City.

Archdiocese of Caceres Archbishop Rolando Joven Tria Tirona, O.C.D., D.D stressed that the thought behind the BFGTF is not just a purely commercial endeavor but traces deeper into the personal, spiritual lives.

“Without being pious, sabi nga sa Bibliya, what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world but suffers the loss of his soul. What we’re saying is, yes, we have this trade fair, but still, we’re guided by the spirit of charity, justice, and fairness and this gives spiritual nuance to our trade fair. We want to instill in us the spirit of helping one another and our sense of participation in alleviating and eventually eradicating poverty,” Tirona said.
