CamSur wins 1st runner up in international event in Pakistan

The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council team (PDRRMC) of the province of Camarines Sur comprised of seven (7) members from the Environment, Disaster Management and Emergency Response Office (EDMERO CAMSUR) and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) CamSur Provincial Office placed as overall first runner up in the International Rescue Challenge (IRC) 2024 held on October 21-22, 2024 at Lahore, Pakistan.

The CamSur PDRRMC won the 1st runner up award in both Trauma Challenge and Deep Well Rescue Challenge.

Upon returning to the province, the members of the CamSur PDRRMC who represented the province in Pakistan promptly reported and responded to Typhoon Kristine and Nika.pgomultimedia
