CELEBRATION

To mark his 72nd birthday on October 24 this year, retired LANDBANK executive Cezar Buenaobra (sitting, 2nd from right) shared simple but joyful moments with his family, friends, and fans at RJ’s Buffet in Villa Caceres Hotel in this city.
