Cheers to UNC’s Monumental, Milestone Moments

It has been my honor to once again be the Master of Ceremonies of another monumental, milestone moment in the history of the University of Nueva Caceres. So blessed to have hosted previously the unveiling of other historical markers such as UNC’s Marker as Home of Century-Old Trees from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, UNC’s History Wall, UNC’s Diamond Jubilee Marker, and recently the HISTORY MAKER Building Marker from the Supreme Court of the Philippines.

The Supreme Court hails UNC as HISTORY MAKER

The University of Nueva Caceres, the First University in Bicol makes another history with the Unveiling Ceremony of the Historical Building Marker from the Supreme Court of the Philippines on Nov. 10, 2022, with SC icons and luminaries in attendance.

UNC and SC join hands in the “Ethics Caravan”

On this same day, the University of Nueva Caceres proudly partnered with the Supreme Court of the Philippines in the conduct of the “Ethics Caravan” for the Proposed Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability (CPRA) on Nov. 10, 2022 at the UNC campus. The “Ethics Caravan,” a series of information and consultation drives nationwide, aims to gather inputs, comments, and suggestions from various stakeholders, not just within the legal community, but also for those who rely on the administration of justice, to craft a timely, relevant, and holistic CPRA.

The University of Nueva Caceres is the only school in Bicol to host one of the five nationwide caravans. It is proudly the only Bar Examination Testing Center in the Region. This month, UNC opens its gates again for the BAR examinees and soon-to-be lawyers, welcoming and wishing them the best! All praises to God!
