COCONUT-CARABAO DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Camarines Sur Gov. Luigi Villafuerte together with the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), Philip-pine Carabao Center (PCC), LGU Pasacao, and Board Member Niño Tayco awarded a third batch - 16 heads of dairy buffaloes - to the Small Coconut Farmers’ Organizations (SCFOs) of Barangays Caranan, Macad, Odicon, Ba-hay, and Quitang all in the municipality of Pasacao last July 06, 2022.
