Furthermore, the city climbed to the fourth place in Economic Dynamism, a remarkable ascent from its sixth-place standing in 2022. Equally impressive is Naga’s surge in Government Efficiency, jumping from the 14th place in 2022 to a commendable fifth place in 2023.
