Being others, influencing others,through a good leader, it needs to model, inspired,enabling others to act, improving the process and encouraging the heart. Leader has an opportunity to expand dignity,respect and values that makes the community a better place to live in.


Encouraging the Heart means setting a Teams-” final goal”, a successful result. Caring your people and anticipating the best for them.Challenging the leaders to pay attention to the needs of your subordinates,recognition, encouraging success, celebrate with the team and be a vision to others.


We need to let them feel that they are welcome and part of the group. Their greatness is never obtained completely by ourselves, all done. It connects with one another.A good leader practicing we are in “ this” together whatever the goal is.The leader that give praise,to their followers,for achieving the value of the group, giving courage and recognizing peoples participation. Increasing their awareness,and value their work.They encourage their people to enhance their ability for their improvement and success,because they see that this is your weakest skill.A good leader are born encouragers.


There are seven most essential components to encouraging the heart practices, that increase productivity among the teams:


1. Set clear standards- This can be achieve by creating clear goals and allowing people to provide input with respect. Successful managers,help their employees understand how their values aligned with the company goals and help them to take part of their work.


2. Expect the best-A defining characteristics of a good leader is that he/she able to see and then bring out of the best of others. High expectation lead to high performance and high self-esteem. We get what we expect.


3. Pay attention-Listen with your ears,and your eyes, show that you care. Catch them doing something right and something well, and take notice of it by giving them credit.


4. Personalize recognition-Offer the recognition, in the way that the person wants to receive it, and do not ask them. Personalized recognition can be given by way of personal thank you notes, and it is important for feedback to be effective.


5. Tell the story-The language of a leader is stories as a story teach, inspire, and motivate. Stories also clarify expectations.Telling great stories includes identifying the people, giving the context, outlining the situation, highlighting the actions, and including surprises.


6. Celebrate together-Celebrating success builds momentum and commitment and energizes people to do well.


7. Be an example-Be an example, a model and expected behavior. The reflection in the mirror is the one you portray.
