FARMING SUBSIDY

Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte sends his younger brother Luigi Villafuerte to distribute subsidized fertilizers and hybrid rice seeds to help these farmers start over after their heavy losses last year to the succeeding typhoons that devastated the province.
