FLOWERS FOR ALL

Camarines Sur TESDA Provincial office, CASIFMAS and RPSI joined hands in sponsoring Flower Arrangement training program for at least 35 community volunteers of the Radio Caritas Naga on March 17-18. Flower arrangement is one of the core competencies in Food and Beverage Services NC II. The skills in flower arrangement can be used by the trainees in decorating event venues, flower presents that add colors to the important occasions or indulge in entrepreneurial ventures like flower shops and online selling.
