Fraternal Order of Eagles-PE charters BCSR 3, inducts gov

A new region of the Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles was chartered on February 25, 2023 in a fitting ceremony in which its governor was also inducted into office. The newly chartered region is the Bicol Camarines Sur Region 3 (BCSR 3) which is headed by Abelardo “Junbel” Paglinawan as regional governor.


BCSR 3 has 6 clubs: the Bicol Alpha Eagles Club headed by its president Fernando S. Garcia, the Bicol Danlugan Eagles Club with Luisito W. Chancoco Jr. as its president; Emerson M. Guazon, president, Bicol Ibalon Eagles Cub; Joel F. Clutario Jr., president, Bicol Maharlika Eagles Club; Roy R. Sambo, president, Bicol Masarig Eagles Club, and Eddie S. Madregalijos, president, Bicol Ciudad de Caceres Eagles Club.


In an interview, Paglinawan vowed that his newly chartered region will religiously involved in organizing various outreach programs like the rest of clubs and regions under the able leadership and supervision of Nelson A. Sarapuddin, the national president of the Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles.


The gathering of around 600 members of the fraternity, including the ate, has gave way also to the induction of new members and officers and chartering of new clubs from different provinces in the Bicol Region.

Leading to grace the gathering were Nelson Sarapuddin, national president of the Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles, and Jowell Panganiban Dagang, national director of the Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership (PEIL).


Sarapuddin administered the induction of BCSR 3 Governor Paglinawan, the other regional officers from vice governor down to other officers and members, and the installation and induction of the charter club presidents.


“Chartering” is a tradition of the Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles in which a club or region is bestowed upon the right of organization, the rights and privileges, duties and obligations of a member club or region under the guidance of the Magna Carta of the Philippines Eagles.


All the 7 charter club presidents who delivered their acceptance speech were: Lawrence P. Martinez, president of Matatag Bintao Eagles Club; Joseph F. Segundo, president of Masarig Indan Eagles Club; Salvador L. Llamasares, president, Metro Legazpi Eagles Club; Voltaire T. Abayon, president, Rodeo Golden Mamba Eagles Club; Roberto A. Celera, president, Rodeo Northern Eagles Club; Ruel Y. Gallares, president, Rodeo Southern Elite Eagles Club, and Christian Joseph R. Puerta, president, Metro Partido Urgulyo Eagles Club.
