Frustrated suitor stabs two lady club workers

A frustrated suitor in a fit of rage has stabbed two women working as guest relation officers (GRO) inside a videoke club in Barangay Binahan Upper, Ragay, Camarines Sur after the apple of his eyes rejected him.

SSgt. Domingo Nantiza, investigator of Ragay Municipal Police Station, identified the suspect, a certain Charlie alias “Bansot”, of legal age, as the one stabbed and killed the victim, Anna Rose Burce, 27, and wounded Apple Jane Azuela, 30, both of Sta. Cecilia, Tagkawayan, Quezon.

Nantiza, in an interview, told Bicol Mail that the suspect stabbed Burce in the left breast and back, causing her immediate death.

He said that according to the survivor, Azuela, who is under treatment at the Bicol Medical Center, “Bansot” was courting her but she rejected him because of her suspicion that guy is also wooing her co-worker, Burce.

Based on the police report, at around 4:00 AM on Feb.2, the suspect forcefully entered the women’s bedroom inside the club and stabbed the victims.

Azuela who suffered a stab wound in her body was able to escape. Burce was rushed to Ragay District Hospital but she was pronounced dead on arrival.

Police authorities are still looking for “Bansot” and trying to determine the real name of the suspect.
