GARBAGE

Several homeowners of RJ Village Subdivision in Haring, Canaman are now desperate and angry over the continued inaction of the homeowers’ association, the lot owner, Haring Barangay Captain Maria Fe de los Reyes, and Canaman Mayor Nelson Legazpi on the dumping of garbage in the vacant lot owned by a certain Franco Tobias. The foul odor of the garbage poses endanger to the health and well-being of the residents living near the illegal dump site.
