At least 3,205 tricycle drivers from the towns of Libon, Oas, Polangui, Guinobatan and Ligao City will receive financial assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)-5 (Bicol) through the help of Albay 3rd District Rep. Fernando Cabredo.
