Jubilee Year

NABUA, CAM. SUR --- The opening of the Jubilee Year in the Holy Cross Vicariate was held last January 1 at the Holy Cross Parish, one of the several churches across the Philippines designated as a Pilgrim Church this year. The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) said Pilgrim churches will serve as places for “spiritual renewal and grace for the universal Church.” CBCP President Cardinal Pablo David said, “These sacred sites will offer the faithful an opportunity for deeper reflection, conversion, and the experience of God’s infinite mercy.” Photo credit: Fr.
