Edward Estayo, 23, is flanked by Punong Barangay Corazon Peñaflor of Calauag and Mayor Nelson Legacion after he was given a certificate of recognition by the city government, which was presented as SP Resolution No. 2021-083 authored by City Councilor Jessie Albeus. Estayo, a scavenger and welder, is recognized during the flag raising ceremony on Feb. 15, for his exemplary honesty after he found and returned to its rightful owner a wallet containing cash.
