KAOGMA FESTIVAL OPENING NIGHT

CamSur Gov. Luigi Villafuerte and his father, 2nd District Rep. LRay Villafuerte jointly and festively opened the 2025 Kaogma Festival with lots of fireworks and funfare held at the vast Capitol grounds last May 23, 2025 much to the awe and delight of the kinetic audience seen dancing and grooving to the world class artist Arnel Pineda of Journey, TJ Monterde, Dionela, and other notable artists invited to serenade and rock the massive crowd.
