NAGA CITY - The annual Penitential Walk for Life was held last March 29, Saturday. Participants from various institutions and parishes of the Archdiocese of Caceres gathered at designated areas to begin the event with a solemn procession to the Basilica Minore de Peñafrancia, where a talk was given by Fr. Wilmer Joseph Tria. A eucharistic celebration presided by Caceres Archbishop Rex Andrew Alarcon capped the annual gathering. Currently, Fr.
