‘Maogmang mag-summer sa Naga’ Sports Camp 2026

The Summer Sports Camp 2026, organized by the Local Government of Naga under the leadership of Mayor Leni Robredo, officially kicked off today at the Metroville Covered Court, with athletes and trainers/coaches teaching children aged 6 to 12—referred to as beginner athletes participating in grassroots sports programs.

The program aims to teach children various sports that they are interested in learning and help them become future champions. Aside from sports skills, they are also being trained to be disciplined, well-mannered, and respectful athletes.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the city government of Naga for this initiative and for such a meaningful program. The time will come when these children will bring honor and pride to our barangay, city, and nation.

The Summer Sports Camp 2026 is a series of training sessions scheduled to be conducted in the city’s 27 barangays and is open to young participants. Interested individuals may visit their respective barangay halls and look for any SK or SKK representatives.
