The Camarines Sur provincial government under Gov. Luigi Villafuerte’s leadership officially presents 21 gorgeous ladies as candidates to this year’s Miss Kaogma 2024 beauty pageant on May 24, 2024 at the Capitol grounds, Capitol complex, Cadlan, Pili. On May 22, 2024 at 5PM, a showcase of cultural heritage and creativity will be featured through fashion at the Kaogma Festival Costume competition that will be paraded by the lovely candidates.
