MyNaga app launched, ushers new era

Mayor Leni Robredo launched the MyNaga mobile application, a digital platform designed to improve citizen engagement and streamline public services, signalling a new era of digital governance for the city today, August 18.
The app, developed by EasybusPH, is now available for download on the Google Play Store and App Store.
This launch marks a significant step towards digital governance in Naga, promising a more accessible, transparent, and responsive local government.
“Ang gusto ta kaya garo maging acccesible si gabos na information saka services kang city at the tip of your fingertips, na dae na kaipuhan magpila pa [sa city hall]. Si mga pwedeng i-avail na services, pwede na iavail through the app,” said Robredo on a press conference emphasizing Naga City’s commitment to transparency and accessibility.
During the launch, Robredo acknowledged that some services are not yet fully operational but said the local government is pushing through to allow the public to get familiar with the digital platform.
This initiative is part of the City Government’s 2028 Finish Lines Agenda, prioritizing an open, digital, and participatory city through accessible technology and transparent systems.
MyNaga app promises to be a comprehensive digital platform, offering essential services, reliable information, and interactive tools designed to enhance the lives of every Nagueños.
It will serve as a central hub for accessing essential city services. Users can easily find the location of local government offices, access financial statements and other important documents, and receive updates on ongoing development projects. The app also promotes local tourism by providing detailed information on resorts, attractions, and food delicacies, along with the latest local news.
The MyNaga app will also empower Nagueños to be active participants in community management. Its core feature allows users to report concerns about cleanliness and safety, creating an essential channel for citizen feedback.
“Ang wish ta na everyday na yaon kita digdiyo, we are bringing the government closer to the people,” Robredo emphasized as the guiding principle behind the app launch and the city’s commitment to bringing its services closer to the people.
