It is with sincere regret that we announce the cancellation of “Hardware Syndrome: The Freeman Legacy Tour Concert,” originally scheduled for October 11, 2025, at The Tent, Avenue Plaza Hotel.

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that occurred at the last minute, we are unable to push through with the event as planned. We understand how much excitement and anticipation this concert has brought—especially to the loyal fans of Hardware Syndrome who have long looked forward to experiencing their music live once again.

Please rest assured that all purchased tickets will be fully refunded. We will announce the refund schedule very soon our team will directly contact you thru messenger or phone numbers registered to our ticket booth, and our team will ensure a smooth and transparent process for everyone.

All original ticket holders will enjoy discounted entry to this exclusive appreciation show plus their refund on the day of the event if ticket is not yet refunded.

We are also pleased to share that plans are already underway to reschedule the Freeman Legacy Tour on latter part of the year or early next year, once all preparations are in place to deliver the best possible experience for everyone.
