OFW Family Day in CamSur

With the theme, "Nagkakaisang Pamilyang OFWs para sa Bagong Pilipinas," the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), in partnership with the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, through the CamSur PESO, held the OFW Family Day last December 28, 2024, at the Fuerte CamSur Sports Complex, Cadlan, Pili.

Attended by over 600 OFWs, returnees, and their families, the annual gathering is one way of recognizing and paying tribute to the sacrifices and contributions of our modern-day heroes. Despite the challenges that our OFWs faced this year, they still got to celebrate and rise again for their family and for the economy of our country.

A trade fair was also organized where different companies including International Marketing Group (IMG), BDO Network Bank, LCC Department Store, Palm Dreams, Santerra Residences, and Manna Health, Beauty, and Wellness showcased their products and services for the OFWs and their families.

The attendees also availed of the free medical services through the Dental Clinic on Wheels, Eye Clinic on Wheels, Womens Wellness, and Laboratory Diagnostic Van. Also, all of them received a Noche Buena package and gifts for the kids. pgomultimedia
