OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVANTS

Street sweepers Arnold Diaz and Samuel Bea, heath worker Mydee Chiva, public safety officer Jacob Bordonada, and dog catcher Allan Manguita of the Naga City government hold their certificates of recognition as Naga East Rotary Club’s Most Outstanding Public Servants for Year 2020. Aside from the certificates, they receive a cash prize of P12,000 each.
