The Metro Naga Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) today concluded the landmark 2nd Bicol Business Summit and Trade Show, August 1-3, 2025, cementing unprecedented cross-regional partnerships between Cavite investors and Camarines Sur enterprises.


Day 1: August 1, 2025 | Robinsons Place Naga


Trade Show Grand Opening


10:00 AM: Vice Mayor Gabriel Bordado Jr. inaugurated the trade show before 21 Cavite delegates led by PCCI Cavite President Nelson Remulla, MNCCI President Mario C Villanueva together with members of the Board of Directors, PCCI Makati President Nunnatus “Tootz” Cortez and DTI Provincial Director Percival Jay Ablan joined with ceremonial symbolic ribbon-cutting at Robinsons Place Activity Center.


Key Highlights: • 50+ Exhibitors across 5 sectors: Agri-tech startups, Bicolano food brands (Laing Premium Packaged Goods, Pili Nut Innovators Consortium), construction suppliers (Camarines Sur Concrete Solutions), and tourism ventures • Banyan Tree Manila Bay showcase: Interactive models of proposed ₱300M wellness resort project • Revayah OPC live demo: Bicolano fusion pastries using local pili and coconut


Afternoon Investor Matching, 2:30 PM: DTI Camarines Sur facilitated 8 Cavite companies’ pitch sessions: Company, Ecoplus Solar Inc. Sector, Renewable Energy. Partnership Targets, 5 industrial complexes for solar PV; Company, Francart Corporation. Sector, Food Services. Partnership Targets, 12 school sites for foodcart franchises.; Company, GRK Construction Services. Sector, Infrastructure. Partnership Targets, 4 local precast material suppliers.

Ongoing partnership inquiries through MNCCI’s Business Facilitation Desk and Special Naga City Investment Board incentives are available for Cavite-Bicol joint ventures registered before October 31.


At the closing ceremony, MNCCI President Mario C Villanueva gleefully announced the acceptance of Albay PCCI President Glenn Lee to be the next year’s host of the 3rd Bicol Business Summit and Trade Show in Legaspi City.
