PICE CARES PART 2

A second wave of relief operations conducted by the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) - Naga City Chapter, commenced at Bgy. Abella on December 6, 2020 with 100 beneficiaries given relief packs. The group was headed by PICE president Engr. Frankie Aguilar and his board of directors. Bgy. Captain Manuel Antonio N.
