Police nab laborer for rape of 2 kins

POLICE operatives finally arrested a 20-year old laborer accused of raping two of his relatives in Bula, Camarines Sur on Wednesday, Mar. 3 after eight months of hiding.

Cpl. Cecilio Puno Buendia of the Bula Municipal Police Station identified the suspect as Patrick Occiano y Esteve of barangay Lubgan.

Buendia said Occiano raped his relative named “Nene,” a 12-years old four times while another relative identified as “Aira,” 37 years old, was also raped by the suspect six times.

Policemen arrested the suspect who was positively identified by the victims.

The suspect was already brought to the court for inquest proceedings, Buendia said.
