PSNs receive wheelchairs from Gilean Ministry

On March 1, twenty-five (25) wheelchairs were distributed to Persons with Special Needs (PSN) from fifteen (15) parishes of the Archdiocese of Caceres and two (2) institutions: SPED of Camarines Sur National High School and HELP Learning Center run by Dr Fe de los Reyes and family.
The event started with a Eucharistic Celebration at the Immaculate Conception Parish Church in Naga City at 3:00 in the afternoon presided by Rev Fr Jaime Danilo Viola, Commission Director of the Gilean Ministry, the Archdiocesan ministry for Persons with Special Needs. With him to concelebrate were Rev. Fr. Elmer Pandes, assistant Commission Director and Rev. Fr. Bernie Ramirez, Parish Priest of St Bernard Abbot Parish in Ocampo, Cam Sur. The lay coordinators from the different parishes were present to assist in the distribution of the wheelchairs.
PSNs from St. Michael the Archangel Parish receive the wheelchair from the Gilean Ministry. Director Fr. Jaime Danilo Viola is also the parish priest.

The ministry is thankful for the initiative of the Bankers Association of Camarines Sur Inc, whose fund-raising activity last December 2022 benefited those in need of wheelchairs. At the Eucharistic Celebration and distribution, the officers of BACSI were present: Mr. Joey Vibar, ex-President and Ms. Aisha Rhea Catolico, present President, as well as Managers Belinda Buenafe of PNB and Angel Pante of RCBC.
To represent SPED and Camarines Sur High School Principal, Mr Sulpicio Alferez III are Mr Mellard Japson, Arnel Valle and Roberto Brandes. Ms Carmel Tojon, Gilean
Coordinator and Cecilia Gomez, SPED Head Teacher represented HELP Learning Center.
The beneficiaries come from the following parishes: St. Michael the Archangel in Caramoan; Sacred Heart of Jesus in Garchitorena; Divino Rostro in Bahi, Garchitorena; St. Joseph in San Jose; St Bernard Abbot in Ocampo; St John Mary Vianney in San Ramon, Iriga City; Miraculous Medal in Santiago, Iriga; Christ the King in Palestina, Pili; St Anthony Of Padua in Camaligan; St. Anne in Magarao; and parishes in Naga City, namely Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, St John Evangelist, Our Lady of Peñafrancia, Mater Salutis, and Our Lady of Mt Carmel.
