Rank 10 Libmanan’s most wanted arrested

LIBMANAN, Camarines Sur --- The tracker team of Libmanan Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted a Manhunt Charlie operation that led to the arrest of a wanted individual, alias “Kardo,” 60 years old, married, a farmer, and a resident of Libmanan, Camarines Sur.


The operation was carried out at around 7:22 AM on August 21, 2025, in Barangay Udoc, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued for violation of the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act (Section 10 of R.A. 7610 – Other Forms of Abuse), under Criminal Case No. L-7162.

The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 57, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, dated August 6, 2025, with no bail recommended, for service of sentence.


The accused was properly informed of the nature of his arrest and his constitutional rights in a dialect known and understood by him. He was subsequently brought to the Libmanan MPS for proper disposition.


Meanwhile, in Bula, Camarines Sur, a vehicular accident happened on August 23, 2025. Police authorities immediately rushed to the site along Maharlika Highway, Zone 3, Barangay Pawili, in Bula town where the road mishap took place.


Responding immediately, PNP personnel from Bula MPS conducted an on-site investigation, which revealed the following:


Vehicle 1 (V1), a white Nissan Frontier, was driven by alias “Miday,” 36 years old, male, married, a resident of Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur. He was accompanied by his wife and two minor children as passengers.


While V1 was making a left turn toward the direction of Baao, Camarines Sur, Vehicle 2 (V2), a gray Suzuki FW110D motorcycle with a tricycle (Plate No. E694HY), driven by alias “Elyo,” 36 years old, married, a branch manager and resident of San Jose, Camarines Sur, had stopped on the left side of V1.


Subsequently, Vehicle 3 (V3), a green ISUZU Cargo Aluminum Van Truck bearing Plate No. RLA675, coming from the same lane and heading toward Pili, Camarines Sur, collided with and struck the rear portion of V1.


As a result of the impact, the driver of V1 sustained physical injuries, while his passengers remained unharmed. Both V1 and V3 sustained damages of still undetermined value. Additionally, the incident caused damage to the newly constructed gate and post of Romero Elementary School, Bula, Camarines Sur, with the extent of the damage yet to be assessed.


The injured driver of V1 was promptly brought to Bicol Medical Center (BMC) in Naga City by responding MDRRMO personnel for immediate medical treatment.
