Real justice is not SERVED when a dismissed gov’t official is not imprisoned. If he/she amassed millions of money during gov’t service, he/she should return the ill gotten money. DURA LEX SAID LEX. If the law is not SERIOUSLY enforced to the letter, this will SEND WRONG SIGNAL to the WOULD BE FUTURE CORRUPT govt official. Death Penalty to PLUNDERER.
