Start of Novena to El Divino Rostro

The solemn transfer of the image of El Divino Rostro from the Basilica Minore de Peñafrancia to the Our Lady of Peñafrancia Parish in Naga City was held last Sept. 1, after the Caceres Clergy Assembly and Recollection. Archbishop Rex Andrew Alarcon celebrated the mass that preceded the procession. This marks the start of the Novena to El Divino Rostro.
