THE Ako Bicol Partylist has made up its mind now as to which team will be sent to represent the province of Camarines Sur in the Bicol Champions’ League.

The championship game has yet to be conducted in the region by the Partylist to determine the best team to represent Bicol in the national basketball tournaments.

Last Friday at Fuerte Sports Complex in Pili, Camarines Sur, the final game brought victory for Team Camaligan which scooped a total score of 86 points against Team Naga’s score of 70 points.

“The team that will be declared champion in Ako Bicol Cup in Camarines Sur will represent the province in Bicol Champion’s League” said Ako Bicol Partylist representative Atty. Jil Bongalon.

Bongalon said that every Bicol province must have an Ako Bicol Cup champion. He added that these champions will play in the championship of the league.

Team Naga was awarded second placer in Ako Bicol Cup - Camarines Sur in the same evening. It received P150,000.

Team Sagñay, got P100,000 for its good performance that made it to occupy the third place after earning a score of 93 as against the Team Goa’s 77 during the battle for thirds. Team Camaligan, aside from the trophy, got the P200,000 cash prize.

Last year in Albay, Team Polangui won the championship with a score of 82 versus Team Daraga - 79. Polangui will represent Albay in the league.

Ako Bicol Rep. Elizaldy Co during a press briefing last Friday evening confirmed that the Partylist will soon to start the Ako Bicol Cup in Camarines Norte. Dates of the games have to be announced yet.

He added that Ako Bicol will organize the same tournament in Sorsogon after the Ako Bicol Cup is finished in Camariners Norte.

Meanwhile, Co announced during the press briefing that Ako Bicol will allocate funds for the expansion and improvement projects at the Jesse M. Robredo Coliseum in Barangay Triangulo. The funding assistance was requested by Mayor Nelson Legacion from the Partylist representative.

Co said that the coliseum, once the project is completed, may be used as the venue for next season of the basketball cup.

He disclosed that a hundred million peso assistance will be granted to the city for the project.

Regional championships are where underdogs become stories and small execution gaps look massive on the scoreboard. Keep turnovers low, win the high-leverage possessions, and you punch above weight even against seeded teams. For fans who like turning narrative reads into structured choices, https://1win-kenya.pro/ centralizes markets, live betting, and casino play on mobile so you can act without tab-hopping. Real-time signals meet simple controls. Same thrill, different arena: informed decisions make both betting and casino sessions feel like strategy, not guesswork, and that’s how you turn hype into measured exposure.
