TESDA CASIFMAS conferred with national award

MANILA --- Vocational School Superintendent Dr. Rita R. Obsequio of the Camarines Sur Institute of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (CASIFMAS), received recently the Certificate of Recognition from TESDA at Women’s Center in Taguig City when the school grabbed the prestigious national award as the 2nd Best Training Institution- TESDA administered schools category nationwide.


The said certificate of recognition signed by the Deputy Director General for TESD Operations Aniceto D. Bertiz III and Secretary/Director General Danilo P. Cruz was a form of salutation given to TESDA schools that excelled in the best and quality public service and organizational excellence based on the 2021 TESDA Organizational Excellence Awards criteria. The awarding coincided with the celebration of TESDA’s 28th founding anniversary with the theme: “Sulong sa Makabagong Trabaho.”

IN THE LIMELIGHT Dr. Rita R. Obsequio of TESDA CASIFMAS receives the Certificate of Recognition given by TESDA Central Office when the school won the prestigious national award as the 2nd the Best TESDA administered training Institution nationwide. The award was given to qualified TESDA schools that outshined in the quality public service and organizational excellence based on the 2021 TESDA Organizational Excellence Awards criteria. In an interview with VSS Obsequio, she recounted that the great achievements are nurtured with the support of inspired and motivated employees that shared their bests towards the attainment of a common vision and worked together in the achievement of a common goal. “I thank Team CASIFMAS for doing ordinary things in an extraordinary way,” Obsequio quipped.


VIS Dr. Maribel B. Yang supposed: “I didn’t doubt that a small group of thoughtful, concerted and committed employees can change the setting. That spirit of collaboration has fueled the team to achieve more.”


TESDA Camarines Sur Provincial Director Mariglo M. Sese likewise commented, “Let us capitalize on our gains for this year’s achievements, however, we must focus also on the frail corners so that next year we are more than ready to show up once again. I congratulate CASIFMAS in bringing the Province of Camarines Sur in the limelight.”
